Air Conditioning

The rooms have individual air conditioning equipment.

In spring and summer it is cold air conditioning; in autumn and winter it switches to heating.

Please contact reception to adjust the temperature and settings.

Wellness Swimming Pool

1. People under the age of 18 may only use the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult.

2. There are no lifeguards at the swimming pool.

3. The consumption of beverages of all kinds and food is prohibited.

4. The pool is kept heated year-round, between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Policy Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Only assistance or guide dogs are allowed — they are the only ones apt and recognised by Chilean law to carry out tasks to help people with different types and degrees of disability, who also have the permanent right to be accompanied by this type of animal.

It is necessary to present legal credentials that identify the user and the animal.

Laundry

We offer a laundry service from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Please inform the housekeeper on your floor before 10:00 A.M.

All items collected before 10:00 A.M. will be delivered by 12:00 P.M. of the following working day. You will find the laundry bag and list with details of the clothes; please fill in the form and put it inside together with the clothes. The bag must be on the bed or in a visible place in the room.
